Melanie R. Sulkin is a personal injury attorney, and though she was newly admitted to the Colorado Bar, she dedicated both her undergraduate and legal education to helping those hurt at the hands of others. Ms. Sulkin is invested in each of her cases and will fight aggressively for the benefit and rights of her clients. She strongly believes in accountability and making sure that those who are wronged are able to recover and lead normal lives. Her prior experience includes helping victims of civil rights offenses.
Ms. Sulkin was born and raised in suburban Chicago and attended Northern Illinois University for her undergraduate where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, was a member of Delta Gamma, and was a founding member of the Mock Trial Team. She moved one state to the east to attend Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, where she graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, she interned at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in Indianapolis, where she gained valuable courtroom experience. She also participated in the law school’s Moot Court competition and served as Secretary of the Labor and Employment Law Society.
After moving to Colorado with her husband, who is starting a brewery in Denver, Ms. Sulkin fell in love with the mountainous landscape and the friendliness of the citizens. She is passionate about pursuing the rights and interests of the people of Colorado.
When she is not fighting for you, she loves spending time with her husband, her kitten, and her friends; playing water polo; trying out new restaurants; practicing her Spanish; and going on hikes.
